Summary: Our room was infested with ants, all over the night stand and in the bathroom, This was one of the worst nights we encountered at a Marriott. We barely slept paranoid that something was crawling on us all night just to have to get up early the next morning for our cruise.

Summary: Check in was supposed to be at 3pm, our room wasn’t available until a around 3:15, meanwhile multiple families were being allowed to check in to regular rooms after 2:30pm. When we ask about this the reply was that there weren’t many suites available and ours wasn’t ready yet. It was frustrating to pay more money and be made to wait even past the check in time. When we finally got our key we were told they’d call our room later and they would “make things right” for making us wait. We were exhausted from traveling and stayed in our room the rest of the day and never received a call. To top it off the restroom was HORRIBLE. The shower looked moldy and it was wet. I would like to assume that it had just been cleaned. It had bad drainage and there was a puddle of old water just sitting in the tub. The handle to the shower was broken and barely hanging on. Unfortunately we were so exhausted and just glad to be in our room that we decided to not make a fuss about it. I would definitely never stay at this hotel again.
